If you wish to remove the Mac app safely , you need to first quit the application, and then move it to the Trash. You can empty the Trash to finally get rid of the application. If you wish to completely clean up your system, you can even delete the supporting cache and preferences files in the Library folder. This way you will be able to safely erase app Mac.
