Do You Use a Sleep Timer to Ride Safer?

Hey riders!
I was reading about how much sleep quality affects reaction time, especially for motorcyclists.
We all know riding tired is dangerous but I never realized how much REM sleep and sleep cycles matter.

Recently, I started using a Sleep Time Calculator that tells me the perfect time to sleep or wake up based on 90-minute sleep cycles and honestly, my morning rides feel way safer and more focused.

So now I'm curious
Do any of you use a sleep calculator or follow sleep cycles before long rides?

• Do you notice better reaction time?
• More focus on the road?
• Less fatigue on long-distance trips?
• Or is it just me overthinking it?

If you haven't tried it, the tool basically:
Helps you avoid waking up during REM

Makes you feel more alert for riding
Helps prevent groggy early-morning rides

I'm wondering if more riders use something like this or should riders actually consider it a safety habit?
