Can MSG files be converted to PDF with attachments included?

I need to submit some old Outlook emails as PDF documents. The emails are saved as MSG files, and many of them have attachments. My concern is that if I convert only the email body, the attachments may get missed. I want to keep everything connected so the PDF record still makes sense later. What is the best approach for converting MSG files to PDF while handling attachments properly? Any tips from users who have done this for office or legal records would help.

Yes, MSG files can be converted to PDF with attachments, but it depends on the method or tool used. Some converters only save the email body as PDF and ignore attachments, so that part needs checking first.
I had this issue with a few Outlook MSG files that needed to be shared as readable records. I used WholeClear MSG to PDF Converter for that job. It converted the MSG emails into PDF and saved the attachments in a separate folder, which made the output easier to manage.
Before converting a full batch, test 2 or 3 MSG files with different attachment types. Then open the PDF and also check the attachment folder. Keep the original MSG files safe until the final output is verified.
