New Jersey Devils (@NHLDevils) This will certainly not make up for the lo s of Ilya Kovalchuk to the KHL earlier this offseason but it will help. At least for this year. Joining Jagr as a newcomer to the Devils are Michael P. J. Tucker Jersey Ryder and Ryane Clowe, so between them they could help fill that void of Kovalchuk and the departed David Clarkson as well.The Devils are one of the teams in the league that releases Clint Capela Jersey no details on contracts but very obviously it's just a one-year pact. Chris Johnston of Sportsnet reports the contract and then has another $2 million in a games-played bonus ( bonus). That will allow for some of his cap hit to be delayed to next season with just the $2 million going against the cap now. All told, he will very likely earn $4 million from the Devils. This is a trend we'll see in the new CBA with veteran players. At 41 years old, Jagr is getting around the NHL these days but the guy wants to still play and has shown he can. Not bad for an old guy. In other words, is it too late to petition for the Metropolitan Division to be renamed to the Jagr Division?
