Hi everyone, I know this forum is usually about different topics but I'm hoping someone here might have faced a similar situation and can guide me.
My FAB account suddenly went into restricted mode during a verification check and now I can't use it like before. I didn't get any proper timeline from the bank and it's making things difficult because my salary has already been credited and I need access to it urgently.
I keep checking the app again and again just to see if my balance is still showing correctly, but I'm not sure if that's enough or if there's a better way to confirm my salary account balance while the account is under this kind of review. It's stressful not knowing if everything is safe or if I should be doing something else from my side.
If anyone here has gone through this with FAB, was your account also held during verification like this and how long did it take before everything was back to normal? Any advice or real experience would really help right now.
